Shipping and returns


CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

Due to the nature of the product, we unfortunately cannot cancel or offer returns on custom orders. We only offer replacements.

NON-CUSTOMIZED ITEMS

If you need to return a product, you can send an e-mail to our team at contact@bosalia.com with your name and order number, as well as the reason why you wish to return it.

Our customer service team will then ask you some mandatory questions about your return to prevent abuse.


You can return a product up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt. Your refund will be made on receipt of the returned goods in the original form of payment.

If you wish to make an exchange, we will accept it provided you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. We will either issue a store credit for what was spent on arrival, or process the exchange for you.

Refunds may take 3-7 business days to process, and may take longer depending on your financial institution.

*If you choose to return your item(s), you are responsible for shipping costs.

*All products are guaranteed for 30 days.

How does delivery work?

We work closely with the artisans who make our products. No middlemen are involved, which is why we can offer you such low prices on a wide selection of our products and free delivery on your orders.

The average delivery time is 5 to 10 working days from the moment it leaves our warehouse.

Your order will be processed within a maximum of 48 hours (72 hours on working days) by our team.

* Please note that due to current high demand and social distancing requirements in the workplace, our distribution center takes a little longer than usual to dispatch orders.

When we dispatch the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

If you have not received an e-mail, please indicate our order number on the contact page.

Don't worry if you don't see any updates in the first few days, the tracking system sometimes takes a day or more to update.

If your order does not arrive within 12 working days, please contact us so that we can make arrangements with the carriers.
